Residents within the Town of Corning who have a dog control issue (i.e. lost dog, found dog, dog bite etc) are requested to contact Deb Matthews at the above numbers. Please leave a message with your name, address, and the issue you have.

If the issue you have is emergent in nature, the resident is encouraged to call Mrs. Matthews at her home and cell number. Please leave a message. If you are unable to reach Mrs. Matthews, please contact Jenniffer Mullen, Town Supervisor at (607) 425-5534.

If you are unable to make contact with the Dog Control Officer or the Supervisor, please call 911 for assistance.
