Planning Board

The Town of Corning Planning Board meets on the 4th Tuesday of each month at 5:30pm. Meeting may be cancelled if there is no business to conduct.

The cut-off for matters to go before the Planning Board is the 2nd Tuesday of the month. Applications submitted after this date will not be considered at that Month’s Planning Board meeting

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Corning Planning Board, County of Steuben, State of NY, will meet on June 23, 2026, beginning at 5:30 pm, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, at the Town of Corning Town Hall, 25 South Elm Street, Corning NY, to consider the following applications:

Conditional Use Permit with public hearing for residential solar project located at 2649 B Spencer Hill Road, Corning, NY., Tax ID#335.01-01-004.000.
Subdivision with public hearing for 4193 College Avenue, Corning, NY., parcel #283.00-01-035.111.
Subdivision with public hearing for 3855 College Avenue, Corning, NY., parcel #301.00-01-014.114.
