The Town Clerk issues Marriage Licenses, Dog Licenses and NYS Sporting Licenses. New York State Law requires licensing for dogs that are 4 months old and also require an up-to-date rabies vaccine. The license fee for a spayed and neutered dog is $7.50 and $15.50 for an unspayed and unneutered dog.
